"May we be found among those who give our thanks to our Heavenly Father. If ingratitude be numbered among the serious sins, then gratitude takes its place among the noblest of virtues. Despite the changes which come into our lives and with gratitude in our hearts, may we fill our days—as much as we can—with those things which matter most. May we cherish those we hold dear and express our love to them in word and in deed."
--Thomas S. Monson, "Finding Joy in the Journey", Ensign, Nov 2008, 84–87
I hope you are enjoying the day with loved ones. We will be spending Thanksgiving at my mom's house with my mom, my brother, his wife, and her mom, my sister and her family, my dad and his wife, and my grandma. My mom is so sweet to have everyone over and has already done so much to make it a special and great day for all of us. We hope it is wonderful especially for my 90 year old grandma.
I am thankful for my wonderful husband and children. An amazing mom and family and wonderful in-laws whom I adore and love as my own. I am thankful for the home we have been blessed with. I am a very lucky girl!!! Have a great day!!

This is my nephew, Zach. While he was helping his mom clean, he breathed in a little too much cleaner and ended up in the hospital on oxygen. Thank goodness all is well. Look at those beautiful eyes.

House Hunting
We've been watching/driving by this house for a couple months now. It is in our stake, in a circle, and really cute. It has 4 bedrooms upstairs. It is 3 floors, the basement is unfinished but all together it is about 4000 square feet. Drawback...very small backyard. We really like this house. Although, we haven't been inside. But what's the point of going inside if it's going to sell before our house sells. So we wait patiently........:)
Now this house!! Oh man. It's a dream. The sister of my good friend Kathy is building this home. I really want to go inside this house. It is on 1/3 acre. It has 5 bedrooms upstairs, a 3 car garage, and has 3500 square feet. This house is in West Bountiful. I absolutely LOVE it. Enough that I'll find out how my husband would feel about finding a lot and building this home!!! My mom and my sister are laughing at me right now, I'm sure. I keep falling in love with homes and then watch them sale while we wait patiently for our house to sell. Jenny and Brady...good job! This house looks beautiful!Sunday, November 9, 2008
